Pathway to Middle Leadership Programme

Aims

  • To develop the leadership and management capacity of staff in the school to further the curriculum and improve outcomes for students
  • To equip aspiring middle leaders with the skills necessary to seek and secure middle leadership posts
  • To foster a reflective approach to staff development and leadership training

This is a training course for qualified teachers seeking to improve their leadership knowledge and skills by receiving mentoring, completing a leadership project and attending skills workshops.

Moodle course to allow teachers to have a play with Moodle 3 without disturbing their current course.
